In the first movie, Dudley got pig tail courtesy of Hagrid. In second
movie, elf and a flying car invaded Dursley's house. In the third
movie, Aunt Marge got blown up.

It would be a shame if the fourth movie came without a little magic
scene in Dursley's house. And for whatever it's worth I hope they do
include the Ton-tongue Toffee bit.

The Dursleys are already history. It would have been amusing to see the
scene (particularly the fireplace scene), but eh, it doesn't add much to
the plot. The Dursley stuff isn't my favorite parts of the books anyway.

From what I gather, it would seem that the Dursley's do NOT play a part in
the 4th film.

Nor does Winky the house elf, and I think that is an even bigger mistake.
