HP und der Feuerkelch CD7

Hello,

I'm from Germany and I have a problem with my CD 7 of "Harry Potter and
the Goblet of Fire".
The CDist damaged, even if no obvious scratches can be seen.
Since I own the original CD, it should not be illegal, if I get me a
working copy of the CD7.
The only question is where I can get a German version of the CD7.

Is there an official way?
Is there perhaps someone who also lives on the top east coast of the
"Weser"?
